Global gathering and Global scattering
The task of global evangelization has never been the task of the western church only. It’s the global task of the Global Church. At the end of May, we will be hosting an International ACOP Congress in Calgary with a focus on Discipling Nations: Across the Street and Across the World. We have been feverishly planning and coordinating itineraries and plans for over 40 International Leaders from around the world to join us. This will be an opportunity for us to gather to pray, hear from God, be empowered & strategize on how we can partner in Global Evangelization and Discipleship, particularly in regions where the church and gospel has not yet penetrated. This will be a watershed gathering that we might be scattered globally with the message & hope of Jesus Christ.
From April 29th to May 16th, Brenda and Jared (our eldest son) will travel to 4 countries in South-Central-East Africa: Zambia, Malawi, Zimbabwe and Mozambique. Brenda will be holding official leadership meetings with pastors and leadership from these countries regarding
God’s work in their particular areas as well as to conduct official site visits to the various projects we have partnered with over the years. Please pray for wisdom, safety, favour & provision.
Whether we are personally journeying “to the ends of the earth”, preparing & equipping others to go or networking partners to accomplish this global task, our hearts are & work is deeply committed to taking t the gospel of Jesus to the ends of the earth.
