What were we doing there? Leadership training and meetings, pastor’s seminar, site visits, church services, scouting new opportunities, meeting with ACOP affiliated leaders, Mission agency consults and networking.
God did more than we could ask or imagine and set before us unexpected, divine connections! There are open doors of opportunity both on the mainland and on the unreached Muxlim islands.
Years ago, while living in Zambia, we journeyed to one of these islands, praying and seeking what the Lord was saying. When leaving, by boat, a Muxlim man inquired what we were doing there and what we were doing in Zambia. After responding to him, he said, “please come back and help us.” It was a statement that sunk deep in our hearts. Years later, we still remember that statement and have continued to pray that the Lord will send laborers to these islands that they may be reached with the gospel.
We are in a new season of ministry and are excited to partner with the Lord in what He is already doing.
In 2018, we anticipate ministering in Central/South America, Asia, and Africa.
Almost 40% of our support has fallen off the last couple of years as we have raised support for new workers. If the Lord lays it on your heart, we are in need of partners who will pray, and support us to continue God’s work of reaching and teaching among the nations. We thank you for your generous and sacrificial support over the past 24 years and we thank the Lord for the work He has done.
